We headed into San Fran and did some shopping, which turned into a little more shopping than I planned. I picked up a few things… okay, maybe more than a few. Thank goodness we drove instead of flying because if I had to pack all this into luggage, I’d definitely need two extra suitcases by now.
In the middle of the day, I had a meeting that I’ve been really looking forward to, and it ended up being such a good one. Those conversations that leave you feeling energized and excited about what’s ahead are always my favorite. It reminded me how much I genuinely love what I get to do and the people I get to work with.
After that, we spent some time walking around the main center where all the companies, activations, and fun Super Bowl week stuff is happening. There’s so much energy everywhere. Music, pop-ups, brands, people from all over. It’s one of those environments where something cool is happening on every corner.
We wrapped up the night with a really nice steak dinner, which totally hit the spot. I was originally planning to go see Post Malone, but honestly, we ended up choosing something a little more low key instead. We walked along the pier and through the parks, checking out the light shows and all the random fun things going on around the city. It felt simple and relaxed, and sometimes that’s way better than a big event.
Overall, just a really good day. A little productive, a little indulgent, and a lot of enjoying the moment.
Signed, Paulina.

It’s awesome you got to get a little shopping in but I still think you’ll be getting some new luggage anyways to take those nice items when you fly back home with you unless you’ll be leaving them with your parents when you fly out.
I like hearing when you have meeting that go as well as you expected, which goes back to one of your core principles of dealing with people/companies that are aligned with your values; so it’s no surprise that everything when well for you and once again I’m glad it did. The feeling you get when you have something planned out and when the time comes to execute it works out just as you hoped…
