We stress too much for a life that can end at any time.
Read that again.
We worry about timelines, opinions, money, expectations, outcomes, and things that haven’t even happened yet. We carry pressure that sometimes isn’t even real. We replay conversations in our heads. We overthink decisions. We rush moments that were meant to be experienced slowly.
And for what?
Life is not promised. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow. Yet we spend so much of today stressed about things that won’t matter in the long run.
I’m not saying responsibilities don’t matter. They do. Goals matter. Discipline matters. Building matters. But so does living.
Living looks like laughing a little longer. Taking the trip. Calling the person. Eating the good meal. Starting the thing. Resting without guilt. Saying what you feel. Being present instead of constantly planning the next move.
Sometimes we get so focused on surviving that we forget to actually live.
If today was your last random Tuesday, would you be proud of how you spent it? Did you smile? Did you love well? Did you appreciate what’s right in front of you?
Make the call. Take the risk. Forgive. Try. Go. Experience.
We stress too much for a life that can end at any time.
Make sure to live.
Signed, Paulina.

Life is too short to not live it; if you have the means to do the things that make you happy then by God go do them!!! We are here for only so long and we don’t ever know how long that will be so don’t waste time waiting because the things you want won’t come on their own, you have to go get them.
It doesn’t even have to be something you spend money on; you can make a call to someone like you said or starting a book, going to a restaurant you’ve always wanted to try. There are any numbers of things you can do and of course you’re right that we don’t forget about everything…
