Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you. I hope your day was filled with love from the people who matter most.
My day started in a way that never happens. I slept in until 7 a.m., which is crazy for me. Once everyone was ready, I took my parents and grandparents out to brunch. I fully expected the rest of the day to be quiet and relaxed.
When we got home, there were flowers sitting on the porch. To my surprise, they were for me. I read the card and it instantly made my day. About an hour later, another set of flowers arrived from the same person, and at that point I was smiling nonstop.
Around 4 p.m., I started getting ready to make dinner for my parents and grandparents when the doorbell rang. My dad answered it, and in walked my dad… followed by the man behind the flowers. He carried even more red roses for me, pink ones for my mom, and a beautiful mix of red and white for my grandma.
This man literally jumped on a plane to take me to dinner and spend 24 hours with me before heading back home tomorrow, especially since I leave for Vegas on Monday.
All in all, it was a beautiful day filled with love, surprises, and moments I’ll never forget. Now it’s time to find a movie and end the night on a cozy note.

Guess the sun has to beat you and rise up before you to start the morning every once in a while haha. Really cool you taking you parents and grandparents out for a nice brunch, they are always the best, just being able to pick what you want and only your stomach gets to determine when you’re done haha. Hope everyone enjoy their selections have their fill and then some.
