Today I’ve just had prayer on my heart.
Never stop praying for people.
It’s easy to get discouraged when you do not see immediate change. When you pray for someone’s healing and they are still struggling. When you pray for peace in someone’s life and chaos still seems to surround them. When you pray for strength for someone who feels weak and nothing looks different on the outside.
But we cannot underestimate the power of prayer just because we cannot see what is happening behind the scenes.
And with everything going on in the world right now, prayer is not something we can afford to treat lightly. There is so much division, so much uncertainty, so much heaviness in the news and in people’s lives. It feels like everyone is carrying something. That is exactly why prayer needs to be stronger, not weaker. More consistent, not occasional.
Every word lifted up matters. Every whispered prayer. Every tear that falls while you are praying for someone else. God hears it all. He cares more than we can understand. And He moves in His perfect timing, not ours.
Sometimes your prayers are the very breakthrough someone is waiting for. You may never know how many times your intercession covered someone. How many times your obedience to pray shifted something you could not see. Just because change is not instant does not mean God is not working.
Keep praying for healing. Keep praying for peace. Keep praying for strength. Keep praying for salvation. Keep praying for softened hearts and restored relationships. Keep praying for this world.
The Bible says, “The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” That means something. That means your prayers are not small. They are not wasted. They are not ignored.
Today is a reminder for me to never stop lifting up the people I love and even the people I do not know. Even when I do not see results yet. Even when I do not understand the timing.
Prayer is powerful.
And your prayers matter more than you know.
Signed, Paulina.

This world is not an easy place to live, living comes with struggle, and both sadness and joy are a part of life. We do our best each day to face what comes and make it through with a positive outlook.
As we battle through our day, pressing forward, we must also stop and pray for those that may be struggling. Every night I pray and thank God for all that he has given me and for all the lessons I’ve yet to learn and blessing yet to come. I thank him for blessing me with my incredible parents and for every day I get to spend with them.
I really believe that putting positivity out into the…
