Day 132

Today was a really good day. Productive, positive, and a great way to wrap up my last day here in Tennessee. It always feels good when you can look back at a day and know you handled what needed to get done and still had time to breathe a little.

Tomorrow I’ll be heading back to Texas for the weekend, which I’m looking forward to. A little time at home is always nice before the next trip. Then it’s off to Colorado for the first part of next week. Life has definitely kept me moving lately, but in the best way.

One thing I’ve really noticed recently is how peaceful life has felt. There has been such a shift in my mental health, and it has made a huge difference in how I move through each day. When your mind is clear and your heart feels steady, everything else just seems to flow a little easier.

I’ve become very protective of that peace. I’ve learned that not everything deserves access to your energy. Negativity, drama, and situations that bring stress instead of growth just aren’t worth carrying around. Life is too short and too beautiful for that.

I’ve made a promise to myself that I won’t allow anything or anyone to disturb the peace I’ve worked so hard to build. If something begins to bring anything but peace into my life, I’m not afraid to step away from it. Sometimes protecting your peace means creating boundaries, and sometimes it means simply choosing a different direction.

The truth is, when you focus on growth, gratitude, and surrounding yourself with the right people, life starts to feel lighter. You begin to appreciate the small things more. The conversations, the laughter, the quiet moments, and even the busy productive days.

As I wrap up tonight and get ready to head back to Texas tomorrow, I’m just feeling really grateful. Grateful for the opportunities in front of me, the places I get to go, the people in my life, and the peace I’ve found within myself.

And honestly, that kind of peace is something I plan on protecting at all costs.

Signed, Paulina.

I’m happy your business trip when so well for you.  As you talked about in your previous blog, when you surround yourself with the right people, good things happen.  You can’t expect to put a round peg through a square hole; Good things aren’t forced, they happened when all the pieces fit properly together.  Every business decision you’ve made has been based off of a foundation of set principles that you will not waver from and as a result your companies thrive.  This trip to Nashville I’d expect to be no different.  You had a purpose in mind for what you wanted to accomplish and the people you worked with were like minded individuals and you accomplished what you set…
