Day 146

Today was Opening Day for the MLB. Let’s go Dodgers. And spoiler… they won! Haha.
I woke up and had an easy, slow morning at my parents’ house. I spent some time sitting by the pool with my pups, just soaking in the quiet and enjoying a little calm before the day picked up. Those slower mornings always hit different, especially when I know the rest of the day is going to be full.
By noon, I made my way to my stepdad’s business to hang out for a bit and spend some time there before everything got busy. After he wrapped up work, we headed over to Dodger Stadium to cheer on our team, and that’s when the energy of the day really kicked in.
It was so fun celebrating their championship and the win. The atmosphere was absolutely hype and full of excitement. Everyone was all in, the crowd was loud, and you could just feel how much this game meant. There’s something about being there in person that just makes it all so much better.
Moments like that remind me how important it is to step away from work sometimes and just enjoy life, be present, and make memories with the people around you.
Now we’re headed home so I can get some business work done before I knock out for the night. Tomorrow I’ll be back at the office, probably going to bother my employees a little and get back into the routine.
Long day, but a really good one. Feeling thankful, happy, and already looking forward to what tomorrow brings.
Signed, Paulina.

Glad you got some simple leisure time in with your fur goblins. Shepherds are the absolute best and got yourself a pack of them lol. Hope they gave you a lot of big wet kisses.😂
