Day 147

Today started with a 5-mile run instead of the gym, and I loved every second of it. Running has always been something I enjoy. It clears my head, resets me, and just puts me in a good mindset for the rest of the day.

After that, I made my way to the office and surprised my team with my presence haha. I checked in, made sure everything was running smoothly, signed some contracts, and knocked out a couple of interviews. It felt good to be back in the office, even just for the day, and to connect with everyone in person.

At lunch, I decided to switch things up and surprised the team again by telling them we were all going to the Dodgers game tonight. They were so excited, which made it even better. I let them head out early and told them to meet me at the stadium, which honestly just felt like the perfect way to end the day.

Now we’re here at the game. It’s tied right now, but it’s been such a good game so far. The energy is amazing, and getting to see the ring ceremony was really special. Moments like this remind me how fun it is to celebrate wins, not just in work but in life too.

It’s definitely one of those days that feels full in the best way. Productive, fun, and surrounded by good people. I’m also really glad it’s the weekend so I can spend some quality time with my family. Living across the country from them isn’t always easy, so I don’t take this time for granted.

Grateful for days like today. A good run, meaningful work, fun surprises, and making memories that I’ll hold onto for a long time.
