Day 150

Today started early with a full lineup of business meetings. I was at the office from 4am to almost 3pm, locked in and focused the entire time. Days like that take a lot of energy, but they’re also the ones that move things forward and remind me why I stay disciplined.

After a long day, I made time to hit the gym, reset a bit, and take care of myself. Then I came home to a home cooked meal made by my grandma and mom, which honestly made the day even better. There’s nothing like coming home to that kind of love and care after a long grind.

As the day winds down, I’ve been reflecting on Matthew 21:12, when Jesus entered the temple and cleared out what didn’t belong there. It’s a powerful reminder about protecting what is sacred and not allowing distractions, negativity, or the wrong influences to take over.

That message really hit me today. It made me think about the importance of clearing out anything in my life that doesn’t align with my purpose. Whether it’s certain habits, mindsets, or even environments, making space for what truly matters is part of growth.

It’s not just about what we build, but also what we remove. Staying grounded, keeping faith at the center, and being intentional about what we allow into our lives.

Today was a balance of discipline, gratitude, and reflection. Staying focused on goals, appreciating the people who show up for me, and taking a moment to reconnect with what truly matters.

Signed, Paulina.

I will never cease to be amazed at what you’ve accomplished, it is truly incredible.  I remember days like that as well, all be it a very different situation and not nearly the type of responsibility that you shoulder but still I remember needed to work ten plus hour days starting at the same time as you and some cases earlier and just staying focused and plug away until it was time to go home after my responsibilities were finished. Did not go home until what needed to be done was done!

Getting to come home after such a long day to a home cooked meal must have been wonderful beyond words.  There something about home cooking that hits…
