Today was one of those nonstop but really satisfying days where everything flowed exactly how it needed to. I started my morning at the gym because at this point, showing up every day is non negotiable. I love the discipline of it. There is something powerful about proving to yourself that you can stay committed, even when life gets busy.
Most of the day was spent diving into planning for my employee holiday party in Nashville, which is turning out to be amazing. We even have a music artist performing for us, and trust me, it is going to be insane. I wish I could say who it is, but I cannot yet. Just know that when I can share, jaws will drop. I love being able to give my team something special. They deserve it.
After that, it was straight into business mode. End of year prep for all seven of my businesses is officially underway. Spreadsheets, numbers, decisions, filings, all the things. My accountant probably wants to throw her phone across the room every time she sees another message from me, but hey, that is the joy of running multiple companies. It is chaotic and beautiful at the same time.
I also started prepping for the 12 Days of Christmas events and my two city meal events coming up. December always becomes such a big month for me, not just in business but in giving back. Organizing meals, making sure everything is set for each city, lining up volunteers, making lists, checking them twice, the whole process fills my heart. I love seeing people come together for something good.
And of course, the birthday giveaway is officially live. If you have not checked the giveaway section, you should. We have a ton of prizes lined up and honestly the grand prize might get even bigger by the 6th. It is my birthday, but I love making it fun for everyone else too.
In the midst of all the planning, preparing, and late night work, I kept thinking about how God is in every piece of it. Not just the big decisions or the emotional moments, but the everyday rhythm. He is in my discipline at the gym. He is in the joy of planning something special for my employees. He is in the organization of my businesses, giving me clarity and direction. He is in every act of generosity, every event I plan, every step toward serving others this season.
It reminds me that faith is not only for the hard times or the dramatic moments. It is for the ordinary ones too. The decisions we make. The work we put in. The people we bless. The ideas that spark out of nowhere. God moves quietly and constantly, and today I felt that peace in the middle of a busy day.
So here is to a productive day, a grateful heart, and a month filled with purpose, giving, and God’s guidance. December always feels special, but this year, it feels even more intentional.
Signed, Paulina.

You help to motivate me to do a little more each day; slowly I’m incorporating more exercise in each day. You don’t have to make big leaps, just keep making steps in the right direction and before you know it you have achieved more then you thought you could.
I think it’s so wonderful how you take care of your employees; a little appreciation goes a long way for most people and its unfortunate that it is probably not as common as it should be. You expect a lot out of those who work for you but you make sure that their hard work is recognized. Its really awesome that you go so far as to bring them all…
