Day 34 Blog

Today I woke up in a weird mood, feeling every emotion at once. I know a lot of it has to do with the work I’m doing to start 2026 with a clean slate. Therapy has been deep lately, and it’s pulling out things that have been buried for years. It’s heavy, but it’s needed. I also think I’m coming down with a cold, which isn’t helping anything.

Even with all that, I got up, spent some time praying, and gave myself the pep talk I needed. Then I pushed through and went to the gym. God gave me just enough strength for the next step, and I felt a little lighter afterward.

The rest of the day stayed quiet. I worked on some business deals, made a few calls, and handled what needed to get done. A stay at home kind of day where God seems to work on you behind the scenes while life stays calm.

Now I’m laying on the couch watching random funny videos trying to get this headache to chill. Not the most exciting ending to the day, but sometimes peace looks like this. Just being still, letting your mind settle, and trusting that even on the slow days God is moving things into place. Sorry if this isn’t exciting, but my energy is pretty low.

Signed, Paulina.

Sorry you going through some tough stuff right now on top of feeling a little sick but I hope the process your going through is helping or at least will help you in the long run. I pray that the discomfort of bringing up these painful memories will pass as quickly as possible for you and you reach that state you wish to be in as this year closes and a new one begins.

It's good you were able to pull together the energy you needed to get through the day. Hope the gym session was focusing so you could get through the few things you needed to get done. Hope you are feeling better and enjoyed a little ti…
