Today started off slow and grounded, which honestly felt nice. I began the morning at the gym, though before actually working out I knocked out some paperwork and tax stuff. Not the most exciting way to start the day, but necessary. I did end up getting a workout in, so that felt like a win.
After the gym, I headed to Houston to pick up my VP, Steven, so we can head to Nashville together tomorrow. He wants to drive the full twelve hours. I think he’s a little crazy for that, but we’re doing it. He’s driving though, so I’ll allow it.
Once I picked him up, we went to find lunch, which ended up being really good. While we were there, we paid for a sweet family’s meal just because. Those small, unexpected moments are always my favorite part of the day.
We then headed back to my house, and I gave him the full grand tour since I’ve moved in and finally have everything pretty set up. After that, we spent the rest of the day working, catching up, and talking through life and business. I’ve known Steven for over twenty years, so there is always a lot to cover, especially now that I don’t live in California anymore.
Now we’re wrapping things up and getting ready for an early morning. Tomorrow we hit the road for our twelve hour drive to Nashville.
Busy, productive, and full in the best way.
Signed, Paulina.

You get to be the DJ.😁 Be sure to rock out to Rascal Flats “Life is a Highway”.😂 As you are a lady that loves to travel and experience the beauty of our world, look at it from that perspective. I understand it’s not a vacation and you do have to be somewhere, but be sure to take in the beauty of our country along the way. To many people I…
