Day 63 blog

Yesterday was exactly the kind of day that reminds me how important it is to slow down and enjoy where you are. We spent more time skiing, then relaxed in the hot tubs and finished it off with a massage. It was one of those days that felt easy and calm. I love being in the mountains. Everything feels clearer there, and the pace of life naturally slows down.

Lately I have been feeling really excited about what’s ahead. The new year feels full of possibility, good energy, and great people. I’m looking forward to building, growing, and surrounding myself with people who add joy, laughter, and positive momentum to my life. There is something powerful about moving into a new season with the right people around you.

I also feel grateful knowing that God is part of that journey. Not in a heavy way, but in a steady, grounding way. I trust that He’s guiding things behind the scenes and aligning paths as I move forward. That quiet sense of peace makes it easier to look ahead with confidence.

Tonight will be a little different because the 49ers play, which means I’ll be watching in the middle of the night thanks to time zones. Not exactly ideal for sleep, but definitely worth it. Some things you just show up for, no matter the hour.

Overall, yesterday was a reminder that life doesn’t always need to be busy to be meaningful. Good experiences, good people, and a positive outlook go a long way. I’m really looking forward to this next year and all the moments still to come.
