I have to start today’s blog with a shout out to my team, the San Francisco 49ers. Even though we’re not headed to the Super Bowl this year, let’s be clear, this is still a great team. Championships matter. History matters. And the rings speak for themselves. One season doesn’t erase a legacy.
I’ll still be at the Super Bowl, and honestly, I’m excited for it. The energy, the atmosphere, the fun of it all. It’s one of those events that’s bigger than just the game. Good vibes, big moments, and an unforgettable experience. May the best team win.
That energy actually ties perfectly into something that motivates me on a whole different level.
My favorite motivation has always been when someone underestimates my capabilities.
There’s something about being doubted that flips a switch for me. When someone assumes I can’t do it, won’t do it, or shouldn’t be able to do it, I don’t argue. I don’t explain. I don’t waste energy trying to convince them otherwise.
I just work.
Being underestimated has a way of sharpening your focus if you let it. It fuels discipline. It creates a quiet determination that doesn’t need validation. The truth is, the people who doubt you don’t need to understand your vision. They’re not required to believe in what you’re building.
My response has always been simple.
Watch me.
Not out of spite. Not out of ego. But out of confidence in what I know I’m capable of when I stay consistent and locked in.
Great teams bounce back. Strong people keep building. And success always has a way of speaking louder than doubt ever could.
Watch me.
Signed, Paulina.

I feel the same way Paulina, whenever I’ve been told I can’t do something, I feel a need not to prove to that person that they were wrong but to prove to myself that I can. God places challenges before us to encourage us to grow and reach our potential and does not give us something we cannot handle.
Those that doubt us are those that can’t do it themselves or those that just never even started. At the end of the day it’s all about how much you want it and how long are you willing to wait and sacrifice to make it happen because the path towards success and the time it take to get there is…
