Day 89 blog

Today I finished reading The Girl on the Bathroom Floor, and I don’t think I was prepared for how deeply it would affect me. This book had me in tears more than once. Not just because of the story itself, but because of how it met me where I am. It reached places in my heart I didn’t realize still needed healing.

Sometimes God uses unexpected tools to restore us, and this book was one of those moments for me. Reading it helped me process emotions I didn’t know I was holding onto. It reminded me how real pain can be, but also how real healing is when you allow yourself to feel it fully. Through that process, my love for God has grown even stronger. I felt His presence in the quiet moments after I put the book down, in the reflection, and in the release.

Out here in Nashville, a lot of great things are coming together. Being partnered in what’s happening here makes this week especially exciting. The work being done now is setting the stage for what’s ahead, and I know the next few months are going to be full of surprises in the best way.

Friday is shaping up to be a really good day. Thursday night at 9pm PST, there will be new music dropping from some truly great people who I have the honor of knowing. It’s wild to think that we originally met for a reason I’m no longer associated with, yet it has blossomed into something even greater. That alone is another reminder of how God works. He removes what no longer belongs and replaces it with something more aligned, more meaningful, and far better than what we imagined.

There’s also a possible new project forming in my mind. I’m not one hundred percent sold on it yet, but it’s been sitting with me, and I’m paying attention to that nudge.

Today has been a really great day. One filled with gratitude, healing, and excitement for what’s ahead. I truly hope you all have been blessed today in whatever way you needed.

Signed, Paulina.

That is definitely what the book did! I’m reading two more that are pulling on my strings too. Yess God is always putting blessings in front of us even if he uses mistakes to lead us to the blessings
