Day 90

Love your fucking life.

Seriously. Love it loudly. Love it intentionally. Love it in a way that doesn’t ask permission or wait for the perfect moment.

Take pictures of everything. Not just the big wins or the polished moments, but the messy ones too. The ordinary days. The spontaneous laughs. The places you didn’t plan to love but did anyway. One day those memories will matter more than you realize.

Tell people you love them. Say it out loud. Say it often. Stop assuming they already know. Life is too short for unspoken words and missed chances. Love doesn’t get weaker when it’s expressed. It gets stronger.

Talk to random strangers. You never know who you’ll meet or how a simple conversation might change someone’s day or your own. Some of the best moments come from the unexpected ones.

Do things that scare you. The kind of scared that means you’re growing, not the kind that keeps you stuck. Fear isn’t a stop sign. It’s usually a green light letting you know you’re about to step into something bigger than your comfort zone.

Fuck it. Take the chance. Say yes. Try the thing. Go for it.

So many people live carefully, quietly, waiting for later. And then later never comes. So many people leave this world and no one remembers the life they didn’t live. That thought alone should shake you awake.

Take your life and make it the best story in the world. Not for applause. Not for validation. But because it’s yours. Because you’re here. Because you still have time.

Don’t waste it.

Don’t shrink it.

Don’t play small with something so rare.

Live fully. Love deeply. Choose boldly.

That’s the point.

Signed, Paulina.

Every day, multiple time a day in several different ways I tell my parents how much I love them and I thank God every night when I pray how thankful I am for blessing me with them.  I will never shy away from telling the people that matter to me that I care about them. NEVER.  We only get so much time on this planet before we are gone and we never know when that will be so don’t waste time.  Tell the people that matter to you that they matter to you.

Whenever I see veterans while out shopping (particularly Vietnam veterans) I thank them for their service but I also tell them ‘welcome home’.  Always be kind…
