Day 13 part 1

People who treat others this will never have a life of peace and good blessings. Somewhere along the way, people started confusing connection with convenience. They’ll love you when it fits their mood, text you when they’re lonely, and disappear when life gets better. It’s heartbreaking how easily some treat people like they’re replaceable, like your time, your care, your presence were just temporary things they could throw away once they were done.

There’s something deeply painful about realizing someone only valued you when you were useful to them. Maybe they needed support, validation, or company, and you gave it freely, thinking it was mutual. Then one day, they stopped showing up. No explanation. Just distance.

Some people only keep you around for what you can give them. They use you for what they need, and the moment you can’t fill that need anymore, they move on. It’s not because you lost value, but because their intentions were never genuine to begin with.

No one seems to want real connection anymore. No one wants to meet in person, to look someone in the eye, or build something lasting. People expect to do life, business, and friendship through a screen, without ever showing up in real life.

Being treated like you’re disposable can make you question your worth, but it’s not a reflection of you. People who easily walk away often haven’t learned how to value something real.

You’re not disposable. You’re not a placeholder or a convenience. You’re a whole person with depth, emotion, and value. And when you start treating yourself that way, you’ll stop tolerating the people who don’t.

It can be a painful experience when people leave your life in a way that make you feel devalued and unappreciated. The key is not to let yourself get stuck in those feelings and keep you from moving on and growing from the experience. The choi…
