Day 14

Going to start today off with a quote my Priest told me yesterday when we talked and it really resonated with me: "If you really forgive someone, you won't hold onto the hope that they get busted."
Today I woke up feeling refreshed and in such a great mood. I barely slept, maybe two hours at most, but I still got up at 4 a.m. ready to hit the gym, and I did exactly that. After my workout, I came back home, showered, and drove to Austin to meet with my investment partner who is also a lifelong family friend. I visited him at his company headquarters, and we ended up having a long and really meaningful conversation about life, the changes happening, and the business deal we have coming up soon.
It felt good to sit there for a few hours, catching up, laughing about my younger days, and getting excited about what is ahead. After I left, I made my two hour drive back and stopped at a shopping center to pick up a few things for the house. By the way, I can finally say my car, the one I bought earlier this year, has officially hit 500 miles. That should tell you how much I have been traveling and how much life has been moving lately.
Looking back on the last few months, from being in the hospital to everything I had to push through mentally and physically, it feels amazing to say things are finally looking up. I feel like I am in a season where everything is moving forward again. Blessings have been showing up one after another, and I do not take any of it for granted.
Another thing I am so proud of is that my blog has reached 10,000 unique visits in just 14 days. Fourteen days. That is incredible, and I am beyond grateful for every single person who has supported, read, or connected with what I share.
Today was a good day. A productive day. A day that reminded me how far I have come and how much more is on the way.
Also, no one won the contest yesterday.
Signed, Paulina.

I'm very happy you had such a productive day Paulina, its always good be able to look back at what's happened to you and see how things have changed for the better. From adversities and challenges you've had to over come and the successes that have followed. Your perseverance and determination (as well as your faith in God) has pulled you through one situation after another. Being able to reflect on your past and have a good laugh with a friend all the while discussing plans for the future just further demonstrates how far you've come personally and professionally.
It's really exciting that in such a short time, you blog has reached so many people and as I've stated before,…
