This morning started off on the best note possible, with church. There’s something about starting the day in worship that always grounds me and sets the right tone for everything that follows.
Afterward, I made my way up to San Francisco for the 49ers game. It was such a fun day spent with a friend, even though the team didn’t pull off a win this time. The energy in the stadium was still incredible, and days like this remind me how much I love the atmosphere of live sports, the crowd, the excitement, and that shared feeling of being part of something bigger.
Right now, I’m on the drive home with about an hour left to go. I’m definitely feeling the day, tired, a bit of a headache creeping in, but also content. It’s been a full, fun Sunday.
Tomorrow will be a prep day as I get everything ready for my trip back to Texas on Tuesday. It’s always a little chaotic getting things in order before traveling, but I’m looking forward to some Texas time ahead.
Feeling grateful tonight for good company, safe travels, and another day filled with experiences to smile about.

Glad you had a wonderful day and a great weekend. I've only been to a hand full of football and baseball games but have been to many golf tournaments and I can attest that being at live sports is just a great experience. Glad you got to enjoy it with a friend, that just makes the whole experience that much better.
It must be really exciting to be moving to your new home although bitter sweet to a degree as you said being originally from California, but the time had come to make decisions for your future and at the end of the day that's all there is to it. Please have a safe journey to Texas and enjoy yourself…
